Frank Vincent Kasper

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that I announce the passing of a beloved husband, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend, Frank Vincent Kasper, who passed away surrounded by family on June 30, 2026, at the age of 50.

Born on July 18, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois, Frank lived a life defined by love, kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to his family. He was a man of integrity, and his quiet wisdom, generous spirit, and warm sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Above all, Frank was a devoted husband. He shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Beth, and cherished every moment they spent together. Their marriage was built on love, friendship, and steadfast commitment, creating a lifetime of treasured memories.

Frank was also a loving brother to William, Michael, and Kelly, a proud uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a loyal friend to Harry, Jason, Ryan, and the Howard family. His family and friends were the center of his world, and he was always ready with encouragement, guidance, and unconditional love.

He embraced life fully and never met a stranger. With his gift of gab and easy smile, he could strike up a conversation with anyone. He enjoyed coffee, cigars, golf, fishing, a good whisky, music, dancing, riding his bike, shopping for shoes, clothes, gadgets, and spending time outdoors or working with his hands. His blue eyes, infectious laugh, and legendary hugs will be remembered always.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Beth; his best girl, Shilo; his brothers, sister-in-laws, brothers-in-law, cousins, Aunt and Uncle, and countless friends who will forever carry his kindness and the lasting impact he made on their lives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joan and Frank; his brothers, Edward and Anthony; and his dogs Bullet, Sadie, Dexter, Winston, Scotch, and Brandy.

A celebration of his life will be held on August 3 at 10:00 a.m. at Palm Mortuary on Eastern. Family and friends are invited to gather in honor of the life of a man whose love will continue to live on in all who knew him. A reception location will be announced as time permits.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that Frank’s love, laughter, and legacy will remain with us always. He will be deeply missed and forever loved. He fought his cancer with bravery and with a smile. I would like to thank everyone who has reached out with calls and texts for Frank. Thank you to my RPMG, Inc. family for absolutely all you have done. I want to thank my mom, sisters, and brother for everything they have done. I want to thank Kelly. You, my friend, I have no words. The void in my heart will be forever. I will miss everything about you and the life we shared. You made me laugh every day.
