Frank T. Ngo, 69, passed away on May 19, 2022. Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years Christina, his son Victor, and his daughter Victoria. He was a proud father and deeply loved his family. Frank enjoyed cooking, spending time on the beach, and traveling with his wife and friends.
