

Garry Allen Henry passed away at the age of 67 on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Garry was raised in Bentonville, Virginia, and served in the United States Air Force and retired after 24 years of service. He was a veteran in the Vietnam War and Desert Storm. Garry also worked at McCarran Airport for 10 years.
He enjoyed playing baseball, bowling, and watching sports. His favorite team was Washington Redskins, and he enjoyed watching the Golden Knights hockey team.
Garry is survived by his wife Christina Henry of Las Vegas, Nevada; his stepson Ronald Green and wife Heather and their five children and one great-grandson of San Antonia, Texas; his stepdaughter Julie Follie and husband Robert and their three children of Pensacola, Florida; mother-in-law Jenny Champ of Las Vegas, Nevada; his two sisters-in-law Diana Trace of Clovis, New Mexico and Elizabeth Molina of Las Vegas, Nevada; his two sisters Gail Spangler and Gina Miller of Bentonville, Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.
Garry was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Lelia Bell Henry and sister Ginger Henry, also from Bentonville, Virginia.
Service will be held on September 17, 2020 at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada at 9:20am. We ask that you wear your facemask, thank you.
The family requests that memorial donations be donated to Nathan Adelson Hospice, or to cancer hospitals.
