Geri E. Kasmier

Kasmier, Geraldine Ellen (Geri), 85, Born in Buffalo, New York, February 1, 1934 to Edward and Marie (Dietrich) Klaus, departed May 12, 2019. A Las Vegas resident since 1967, she was employed in management in the Hotel/Casino industry for 32 years, retiring in 1999. She will be sadly missed by many. She was preceded in death by her parents and three grandsons and is survived by her beloved husband, David Kasmier Sr., sister Carol (Tom) McLaughlin, daughters Sharyn Korbar, Lynn (Bruce) Benoit, Gayle Honeck, Jackie Fischer (Kevin), Sandra (Joe) Cikity, and Debra Lichtenstein, step children, David Kasmier Jr. (Rob), BethAnn (Gary) Canfora, and Kevin (Kathie) Kasmier; brother-in-law John (Marilyn) Kasmier, and sister-in-law Nora (John) Pacer. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, as well as extended families in New York, Arizona, and Nevada.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89128 on Friday, June 7, 2019. A Gathering will begin at 9:30 a.m., mass immediately following at 10:30 a.m. Interment 1:00 p.m. at Palm Mortuary 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123. Flowers gratefully declined; donations may be made in her name to The Heart Foundation or MS Society.
