Gladys Novak, 92, a homemaker, of Las Vegas, passed away April 3, 2011. She was born April 25, 1918, in Chicago, and resided in Nevada for 31 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Novak; and son, Howard Novak. Gladys is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Robert) Elvin of Las Vegas, and Lisa (Jeff) Bernstein of Minneapolis. Services were previously held at King David Memorial Chapel with interment at Palm Valley View Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and the American Diabetes Association. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
