He was born in the Philippines and received a medical degree from UP College of Medicine. He was married to Estrella on November 25, 1967.
Greg worked as a doctor with a nephrology specialty in his private practice and later at the VA in Arizona and Florida as a GP.
He was survived by his wife Estrella of Las Vegas; his children, Edwin of Michigan, Mark of Florida and Melissa of Australia. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brendan, Johan & Eva; his great grandchild, Ayla, his brothers Dante & Edil, his sisters Francia, Linda & Rose of the Philippines.
