Hannah Marie Fairweather

Hannah was the cherished daughter of Jerome Jr. and Cari Anne, the beloved sister of Gavin, Fallon, and Maddox, and a treasured granddaughter of Richard and Susan Fitzhugh and Jerome Sr. and Theresa Fairweather. She was also the deeply loved great-niece of Cesar and Carol Anne Vasquez, who loved and cherished her as a granddaughter. Hannah was surrounded by the unwavering love of many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing her.

Though her time with us was far too brief, Hannah filled every moment with love, laughter, and light. She possessed a rare combination of intelligence, kindness, creativity, and joy that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Hannah was a devoted daughter, a loving sister, and a fiercely loyal friend. She had a heart that welcomed everyone, a smile that could brighten any room, and a bubbly spirit that made life more beautiful simply by being in it. She was thoughtful beyond her years, endlessly compassionate, and had a remarkable way of making people feel valued and loved.

The performing arts were where Hannah’s soul truly shined. Whether she was on stage acting, dancing, or singing, she poured her whole heart into every performance. She embraced every opportunity to create, inspire, and express herself, finding joy in sharing her gifts with others. Watching her perform was witnessing someone completely alive.

To those who knew Hannah, she will forever be remembered not only for her talents, but for the way she made people feel. She celebrated others, offered kindness freely, and carried herself with a grace and warmth that far exceeded her years. Her beautiful spirit leaves an imprint that time can never erase.

There are no words that can fully express the heartbreak of losing a child. As her family, we will forever cherish every laugh, every hug, every performance, every conversation, and every ordinary moment that has now become an irreplaceable treasure. Hannah was, and always will be, the greatest blessing of our lives.

Although our hearts are broken beyond measure, we find comfort in knowing that love does not end with goodbye. Hannah’s light lives on in every life she touched, every memory she created, and every act of kindness inspired by her example.
