Harvey was born on October 26, 1941, in New York to Fannie (nee Taub) and Milton Katz. He is predeceased by his parents and survived by his companion, Adele Tanner of Henderson; and two sons, Brian and Barry Katz, both of New Orleans, LA. A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, February 24, 2024, at King David Memorial Cemetery, Las Vegas, NV. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
