Hayes Louis DeLaney, 81, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away peacefully on August 16, 2018. Preceded in death by his father, George and mother, Mary. Hayes is survived by his wife Sheila of 46 years; children, Michelle, Kelvin (Laura), Andre (Lisa), Tonya, Cherrie and Bobby; grandchildren, Adela, Azaria, Rytina, Chantel, Briana, Amari, Cheyenne, DeaLano, Isiah and Romero; brother, William (Jean); sister, Josephine (Lionel); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, military brothers and best friend.
Hayes was a loving husband, father and papa. Hayes loved to tell life stories of his life experiences and always had advice. Hayes loved helping raise his grandchildren. Hayes service in the Air Force for 26 years and fought in Vietnam. Hayes never met a stranger.
