Helen Kamarunas, of Las Vegas, formerly of Dickson City, Pa., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Nathan Adelson Hospice at age 88. She was born July 3, 1924. She was the wife of Frank Kamarunas, who passed away in 1999. Helen was a member of St. Gabriel the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church. Born in Dickson City, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Labonich Senetsky. Helen was a graduate of Dickson City High School and had taken accounting courses at the University of Scranton. She was a bookkeeper at Walsh Auto Supply, manager at Circle Drive-In Theater, then office manager at Consolidated Casket Company. After moving to Las Vegas 39 years ago in 1973, she became a licensed real estate agent for Robert's Realty. She enjoyed and found great pleasure in working and helping people find the home of their dreams. Surviving are one sister, Lillian Senetsky of Clarks Summit, Pa.; one brother, Msgr. Robert Senetsky, J.C.D. of Peekskill, N.Y.; her niece, Ann Wheeler of Milford, Conn.; her nephew, Frank Hemmock of Derby, Conn.; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna and Mary; and two brothers, Michael and Andrew. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Divine Liturgy service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, 2250 E. Maule Ave.
