Heralda Crucido Romero

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Heralda Romero, also known as Nanay Andang, who left us peacefully on September 20, 2025 at the age of 97.

Born on April 23, 1928, in Cavite, Philippines, Nanay Andang was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love and wisdom touched the lives of all who knew her. A woman of immense strength, compassion, and grace, Nanay Andang lived her life devoted to her family and to those who viewed her as a mother figure. She was known for her unwavering faith and love for God, and her legacy will continue through the love she gave so freely.

She is preceded in death by Honorato Romero and Reynoso Medina. She is survived by her children: Margarita, Jaime (Arlene), Mario (Connie), Ricardo (Nydia), Marcos (Jing); 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held at Palm Mortuary- Eastern, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123 at 11:00AM to 3:00PM. A funeral service will occur from 3:00PM to 4:00PM, and a final farewell service will occur from 4:00PM -5:00PM.
