Jack Stephenson Grey IV passed away on February 14,2021 at Henderson Hospital. Jack was born on Staten Island, New York on February 13, 1966. He has lived in Nevada and Arizona for the last 27 years.
Jack was predeceased by his parents Jack S. Grey III who died on June 11, 1978 and Diane B. (Principato) Grey-Dunleavy on January 27, 2021 and his step father Andrew J. Dunleavy March 9, 2007
Jack is survived by his sister Chris-Ann Grey; his brother Thomas J. Grey; his step sister Ann Dunleavy-Gould; his step brothers Michael and Andrew Dunleavy; his nieces Anjelica and Annelise Dunleavy and Caitlyn Gould; his nephew and godson Thomas J Grey II; and nephews Ryan Gould and Aiden Dunleavy; aunts; uncles and cousins
Jack loved to spend time with his family and friends. Jack enjoyed play golf, traveling and cooking. He served his country in the Army National Guard from December 1986 to receiving an honorable discharge in December 1994. He was a weekend warrior. He was a corrections officer for Freehold Correctional from 1988 to 1994 when he moved to Nevada.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
