He is survived by his wife Beverly Mae (Law) Tobler of almost 64 years; children Debra (Geoffrey) Crisp, Karen (Rick) Harris, Richard (Cheri) Tobler and Rahn (Ellen) Tobler; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
He graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1948 and attended Woodbury Business College, BYU, and USC. He was a member of the Marine Corps.
Interment will be at Palm Eastern Cemetery on September 14, 2019. Funeral service will be held on September 14, 2019 at 1:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 10550 Alta Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89145.
