I've had the pleasure of caring for Jim and Patti's property in San Felipe for probably close to 14 years. Jim And Patti's trips were almost always eventful, broken down vehicles, getting the monster "palace" on wheels very stuck in the mud, bringing weather not seen in years in the form of buckets of rain with him often. He always impressed with his calm unflappable attitude, always kind and most generous to anyone who came to help with the issues. Jim was the kind of man you want as a friend. It is so hard to come to terms with his passing. Rest in Peace Jim, dare I call you old and dear friend. Ian Thompson.

What can I say about a man who's life was as big as his heart? My brother-in-law, Jimmy, was  filled with love, compassion, kindness, he was so generous, and most importantly loved deeply by my sister, Patti. I have decades of memories with him and I can say that there was never a dull moment when he was around. My sister and Jimmy have been married for a long time, so as you can imagine, Jimmy imprinted on me as well.  His departure was truly unexpected and we are all grieving deeply, but he led an amazingly remarkable life, and he was an inspiration to many of us. Jimmy may be gone from our sight, but he is never gone from our hearts! Jimmy will be missed!

What a wonderful  caring man who loved and was loved by so many .. Jimmy will be missed so much .. thank u for the awesome memories .. prayers and thoughts for his wife.. family .. friends and loved ones .. RIP Jimmy

I had the pleasure to ride with Patti and Jim on a trip to Sedona in 2019. She organized the ride for the Sin Sity Sisters chapter of Women in the Wind. Jim was just one of the gals! It was a great trip. He was a real sweet man with a big heart.
