It’s been a year since we lost such a precious soul, time may never heal our heart but one thing I know when I think of Janice it will always bring a smile to my heart.
We miss you and sorrow will last temporarily for tomorrow will bring us joy. I look forward to that joy.
Life is eternal and my hope is knowing Janice will be reunited with her family one day and that’s good enough for me

Janice was a sorority sister and although she could be tough, I distinctly remember her teasing and laughter, and that she was very intelligent!  She could be lots of fun.

Janice was a fierce advocate for her students and staff. It was an honor and privilege to have worked for her.
She will forever be missed but never forgotten.

Janice was an amazing educator and caring supportive person. At Valley High School she supported my journey as a student and showed me care and concern when I was 15 years old. She made an impactful difference in my life. Years later as an educator, she was my principal at Cimarron-Memorial High School. I am blessed to have known her. My prayers are with you all…

Tommy and family rest assured that Heaven just got a little more organized and a lot more beautiful!  I loved having Janice as my Principal at CMHS!  Her sense of humor made our faculty meetings a lot more fun, and her spunky attitude kept us in check.
