Jerrry was one of the first friends I made when I started working in radio at WYMG in Springfield, IL in 1993. He and I hit it off. We enjoyed listening to music, partying and he was my first deep dive into the Grateful Dead. We took many trips and concerts together. He let me crash on his couch so many times. I was with him when we found out Jerry Garcia had passed away and will never forget that moment. We hung out a lot up till 1999 when I moved to Dayton. He relocated to Las Vegas area and we connected just about every time I traveled there. He was a wonderful person. Enjoy the greatest show in the sky my friend!
