

James Dale Clark, 51, a long-time resident of Las Vegas, passed away suddenly on January 17, 2015. He was born on April 9, 1963 in Las Vegas, Nevada to James A. Clark and Trudy Bacelo. He was married to Laura Martin.
Jim graduated from Bonanza High School in 1981 and served in the USAF for nine years, proudly serving our country during the Gulf War. Jim was stationed in Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Italy and had a Top Secret Clearance. Most recently Jim worked for the Veterans Administration in Las Vegas at the Veteran’s Hospital as an Engineer and was an ultimate Detroit Red Wings fan.
Jim is survived by his wife Laura; his children Stephen (girlfriend Melissa Nelson) and Amanda (Fiancé John Nehme); stepdaughter Madisen Schifferns; parents James A. Clark (Paula) and Trudy Bacelo (Carl); brothers Michael A. Clark (Melanie) and Paul E. Clark (Laney); sister Deborah L. Haley (Thomas); stepsisters Cathryn Cameron (Negie Mariucci III) and Carolyn Speetzen; nephews Joseph, Cody, William, Sean, Robbie, and Negie IV; and nieces Skyllar, Emily and Anna.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 2:00 - 6:00pm; a second visitation will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 1:00 – 2:00pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00pm. All services will be held at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123.
