Scott and I went to grade school and high school together and shared so many good times.  I spent a lot of time at Scott’s house over the years.  His folks treated me almost like an adopted son.   Scotts basement was our club house, gym, hobby shop and hang out when not outside exploring Blue Island and the surrounding areas.  My love for building models and history was cultivated by Scott and his dad, as well as my affinity for drinking Manhattans .  If I was hungry his mom always made sure I got something good to eat.  There are so many memories and stories I have thought of while writing this but what I can remember best is Scott was a great friend and a good man and even though he may no longer be here he will always be in my fondest memories and never be forgotten.  Rest In Peace my friend, may God be with you.
