Heartfelt sadness for a life gone too soon.

I will never forget Joe's act of kindness when I was about 4 years old. It was after our mother had passed away and your mom and dad graciously took me and my brother in.
We had gone to see a movie, and when we came out of the theater, Joe took off his jacket and put it around me because it was quite chilly. I remember how good the warmth of his jacket felt. It was a very compassionate act, and he was only six years old. You don't teach empathy for others, it must be inborn.

Joe was quite the magnanimous personality. He was loved by many and will be missed.  He is in heaven now and at peace. We are sorry for your family's loss

Joe, you were always a very special person in our lives. Your wise advice, the support for all who knew you, and your happy disposition will be sorely missed. Your visits with us, the fishing trips, and your craps and black jack table antics will always be fondly remembered. You alwys knew when to add levity to conversations that were getting too serious. Rest in Peace!

All my memories of Joe were oh so good.  Once I saw that twinkle in his eye, I knew he was going to make me laugh. My father and all his cousins loved him dearly. We will pray that his family is comforted at this difficult time.  He will be sorely missed.

Our deepest sympathies to the whole Biritz/Kipta families.  We enjoyed the times we were able to spend with Joe when he came in to Illinois to visit.  He was a kind, gentle man who always had a smile on his face.  Our family was blessed to have been able to have known him.
