Ms. Blouin was a library aide at John F. Mendoza Elementary School when I was a student. During my precocious age, she helped me in my pursuit of knowledge about meteorology. Every week during library time, I’d ask, “Any new weather books?” I probably really annoyed her, but she was always so polite. She, and the librarian Mrs. Steinhoff, even went so far as to order books for the library based on my passion. While I don’t know if she would’ve remembered me, she made a lasting impact on me. My passion for meteorology continues today, and I think about Ms. Blouin quite often. I’m so lucky to have met her.

Judy was a wonderful friend and co-worker. When I moved to Las Vegas in 1984 she and Art were always there for me.  God blessed me with their friendship. I wish I could have been there for her service but I am in Montana where I just had knee replacement surgery.  I was there in spirit.  I wish God’s blessings on her family. WILL MISS JUDY ALOT,,,MY BEST FRIEND,LOTS OF GREAT TIMES AT  THE CHURCH,HELPING IN THE CLOTHES CLOSET AND FOOD BANK EVERY MONDAY  AND TUESDAY,ALSO GETTING  TABLES..AND FOOD  READY  FOR WHATEVER WAS NEEDED AT THE  CHURCH.
AND  ALL THE TIMES SHE WOULD  JUST DROP IN FOR  A VISIT.

My Mother Judy was a such an inspiration in my life. My entire life was showered with love and caring and I was so happy I had a mother of faith and love.  My Dad, Arthur and Mom were a dream team of parents. They guided my life and gave me the wisdom to get through the hard  and uncertain times in life. She is in her heavenly body and with her family and our Dad. This world may have lost an angel but Heaven gained a beautiful soul. Goodbye Mama. Love, Michael Blouin

I am so sorry for your loss.  I am one of Judy’s Lyne cousins.  Our families used to get together at our farm or grandpa’s.  My dad and Judy,s dad were brothers.  I think the last time I saw Judy and Art was at there 50th wedding anniversary or when Aunt Rosie passed away.

Mema was a kind and loving person. I always thought of her as a second mom. She always ensured I was taken care of and always wanted the best for me. She is the reason I am here today and still gives me the strength to be a better man everyday and constantly improve myself. She was the reason I was able to attend college and obtain my degree. Mema always thought education was important and I couldn’t thank her enough for it. I know now she is in Heaven, free from all pain and in peace with my grandpa Arthur. I will never forgot her and not a day goes by where I will lose the memory of her. I always know her spirit will be with me and she will continue to love me and support me. Until we meet again Mema in Heaven, I love you.
