Kathleen "Kathy" B. De Wilde, 68, of Las Vegas, passed away after a courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Thursday, June 11, 2015. She was born May 24, 1947, to Frank and Albina Kolodziej in Chicago. Kathy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, friend and "Momma Kathy" to so many others! To know her was to truly love her! Kathy is survived by her beloved husband, Maurice; loving daughters, Denise Rae De Wilde and Cherie Anne De Wilde of Las Vegas; siblings, Frank (Rose) Kolodziej of Villa Park, Ill., Roger (Dee) Kolodziej of Daytona Beach Shores, Fla., Nancy (Orson) Kahoopii of Walanae, Hawaii, and Richard (Gail) De Wilde of Nashville, Tenn.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, with services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123.
