Leonard Michael Billich

Len Billich passed away on November 29, 2025. Born on March 1, 1943, and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Len was the son of Michael and Rose Billich. He graduated from Mendel Catholic High School in 1961.

In 1964, Len married the love of his life, Judy Kasalo. They met as teenagers and shared more than 60 years of marriage, until Judy’s passing almost exactly one year ago.

Len continued his education and graduated from Lewis University in 1965. He soon began a successful career with Ace Hardware Co., where he worked as a sporting goods and toy buyer. In 1979, Len and Judy moved their family to Las Vegas. There, Len joined his brother, Marty, in business. Together they operated Action Tool Rental, which later evolved into Action Truck Accessories, serving the Las Vegas community for more than 43 years from its location on Boulder Highway.

Len was known for his warm sense of humor, generosity, and gift for storytelling. He was also a devoted parishioner of St. Viator Catholic Church for over 45 years.

Len will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his children, Michael Billich (fiancée Barbara Matisic), Joni Billich Maul (Doug), and Jamie Jingeleski (Jason); his five grandchildren, Austin (Tori) Maul, Brenden Maul, Bronson Baker, Tristan Baker, and Alexa Resnik; his dear brother, Marty (Beverly) Billich; his brother-in-law, Michael (Shirley) Kasalo; as well as numerous cousins and lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Kasalo Billich; his parents, Michael and Rose Billich; his stepfather, Fred Stargrant; and his brother-in-law, Gary Kasalo.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Palm Mortuary–Eastern, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the same location. A graveside service will take place immediately afterward at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Len’s honor to Tunnel to Towers.
