Lindsay Ellen Brandt

Lindsay Brandt was born to Rob & Florence Brandt at Edwards AFB, CA. She was the second of three sisters and grew up moving around the USA in a military family. In her youth, Lindsay developed a love for flowers and plants, excelled in school, and became an accomplished horseback rider. She had a great drawing talent and became a prolific artist, which developed into a keen eye and love for photography. She also learned how to fly sailplanes and became an avid motorcycle rider.

Lindsay graduated valedictorian from Lake Mead Christian High School in Henderson, NV in 2005. She completed her BA in English at UNLV in 2009. Lindsay earned her MS degree in Environmental Policy and Management, and immensely enjoyed working in her field. Lindsay was eagerly anticipating marrying fiance Kevin Lancaster and extremely excited to start their life together.

She is survived by her parents, her two sisters, Heidi Smith and Amanda Brandt, and fiance Kevin Lancaster. Flower donations may be sent to Palm Eastern Mortuary, otherwise donations to St Jude’s Hospital (childhood cancer) on her behalf are appreciated.
