Luz Peralta Lubong Sadang, 68 years old, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, had passed away and joined our creator peacefully on July 25, 2021, at Sunrise Hospital after a long illness. Her husband – Rodolfo, was by her side at the time of death.
Luz was born on June 05, 1953, at Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. She was the seventh and youngest child of Vidal and Victoria Lubong; she has 6 siblings named Florencio, Lydia, Jose, Rodolfo, Rogelio, and Lorna. She got married to Rodolfo Manzano Sadang on October 19, 1974, at the age of 21 and they were blessed with 4 children’s named Phoebe Catherine, Thomson, Richard, and Arnulfo.
In her early life back in the Philippines, she was recognized as a hard-working, caring, and lovable personality. She used to wake up early in the morning, visiting different places for her to sell various items at the marketplace. They also managed a small rice mill and do farming activities with her husband’s hometown for 3 years. Afterward, they move back to her parent's hometown to manage a grocery store and it was popularly called “Lubong Variety Store” – one of the biggest stores in her hometown at that time. She loved doing things such as planting vegetables in the back yard, poultry farming, doing crochet and cross-stitching, sewing clothes, playing cards and most especially taking care of babies. She and her husband spent most of their time in the Philippines doing business for them to provide for their family's needs.
Luz migrated to the United States of America with her husband and youngest son way back in 2006. They stayed in Orosi, California, and shifted to Las Vegas to seek better opportunities. She enjoyed walking around with her neighbor to go to the market. She consumed her free time calling her children outside the USA. She loved sharing funny videos, songs and greeting birthdays on Facebook.
Luz had a strong and silent type of personality, she was so generous that mostly she manages to choose to prioritize the happiness of her loved ones before herself. She also doesn’t keep any hard feelings to anyone and never had complained of anything. She expresses her appreciation for all the material things given to her by using them more often. She had a wonderful smile that could lighten up the room and brings positive energy to anyone.
