Maddy Cabasug Lucas was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Maximo and Lillian Lucas on November 21, 1975. Passed away on March 30, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Maddy is survived by his four children, Matthew, Mason, Makaio, Maddox, three step children Darryl, Dylan, Kristin, and grandchild Kaimana, and one sibling Mely Rose Pascua. He was a stay home dad that took care of the family and love spending his time coaching his two youngest son's football league. He is loved by family and friends.
