Maddy is survived by his four children, Matthew, Mason, Makaio, Maddox, three step children Darryl, Dylan, Kristin, and grandchild Kaimana, and one sibling Mely Rose Pascua.
He was a stay home dad that took care of the family and love spending his time coaching his two youngest son's football league.
He is loved by family and friends.
