Marci was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 8, 1947, to Rhea (nee Cohen) and Frank Weiss. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Donald Weiss. She is survived by her nephew, Richard Weiss; niece, Barbie Berkowitz (Joe); sister-in-law, Rosalind (nee Paskin) Weiss; and great nephews, Troy and Griffin Berkowitz.
