Mary Ann Holmes Peck

Mary Ann Homes Peck, 77 died Saturday, December 19 in her home with her family around her. She was a 54 yr resident of Las Vegas. She was retired as a business owner/ Insurance agent.

Survived by her Husband Bob Peck, son Geoffrey W Holmes, Twin Daughters Nicole L Cooper & Michelle L Dupras, 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Along with Bobs 3 children, 13 grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. Brothers, Wayne E Roundy & Douglas J Roundy.

Mary Ann is preceded in Death by her Parents Wayne & Merle Roundy, Sister Darlene Wright, son Cory Owens and her beloved husband Warren Holmes.

Mary Ann Grew up in Boise Idaho. Her Parents owned a Pole fencing company, so they summered up in Bear Valley, ID working the logging camps. She was married at age of 18 and had a son, Cory D Owens. She moved to California in 1963. She met Warren Holmes in Burbank CA, and they married on March 27, 1965. Geoff was born November 10, 1965. They moved to Las Vegas March of 1966. Nicole & Michelle were born January 11, 1969. Mary Ann married Bob Peck on February 3, 2007.

Mary Ann was very involved in the community and several organizations: Women’s Club, Rotary, Black Mountain Golf club, McCall Ladies Golf Club. She also volunteered and worked on political campaigns.

Mary Ann was Also Published in the Outstanding Young Women of America in 1977, Pg 345. Her Family is very proud of this woman. She was a great role model, amazing wife, mother, grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Her and her family enjoyed boating, scuba diving, and Water skiing. She was very involved in her Kids activities & sports. She loved to Dance, golf and hike in McCall ID.

Services will be private

We will be hosting a Celebration of life/open house at Nicole & Steve Cooper’s Home in Las Vegas, NV on January 9, 2021 from 1:00pm-6:00pm
