Mary Irene Hardin

Mary Irene Hardin, age 82, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Mary was born October 30, 1939 in Elaine, AR to Olivia Rebecca Harris and Eddie Harris Sr. She attended Elaine High School before she went to college for Nursing School. On April 12, 1969, Mary married Mike Hardin in San Diego, California. Mary loved sowing, gardening, fishing and reading in her spare time but her greatest passion was her family.

Mary is survived by her daughter Denise Nichols; and her daughter Shirley Young; her brother Eddie Harris Jr, her sister Dorthy Harris, her brother Albert Harris, her brother Thomas Harris, her brother Chester Harris and her sister Oleiva Jackson; her grandson Korye Blackmon, her grandson Michael Gant, her grandson De'andre Flonory, her grandson Emanuel Nichols, her granddaughter Olivia Leamon, her great grandson Bryson Blackmon, her great grandson Kayden Blackmon, her great grandson Zion Leamon, her great granddaughter Tamara Lyons, her great grandson Titus Lyons, her great granddaughter Denise Lyons and her great granddaughter Michelle Lyons.

Mary was preceded in death by her son Kenneth Smith Hardin; her mother Olivia Rebecca Harris and her father Eddie Harris Sr; her brother L.C. Harris; her sister Earnestine Lewis; her brother Willie Harris; her brother Otis Harris and her sister Rosella Harris.

A visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
