Mary Petrites

Mary was born in Lansing, Illinois to George and Vera (Nichter) Hittle. She attended Northern Illinois University and retired from a career as a Grants Administrator from the MacArthur Foundation in downtown Chicago. She lived in Tinley Park, Illinois for 35 years, and moved to Henderson, Nevada in 2022. Survived by daughter Lori (Nicholas Love) Petrites-Love, sisters Sue Emmerick and Georgine Vogrich, brother Dean (Ann) Hittle, and beloved granddaughter Jaylah. She loved people, pets, traveling, and the Lord. She will be missed by many.

A visitation for Mary will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. A committal service will occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Palm Eastern Cemetery, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
