
She was born on March 27, 1922 in Delta, Utah. She was the oldest of seven children born to Joseph and Bessie Fidel. She is survived by two daughters, Carmen Randall and Margo Thayer, 6 grandchildren,7 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother and one sister, as well as one step-son and many step-grandchildren.
She was raised on a farm, received an AA degree in Home Economics from Dixie Junior College in Cedar City in1942. She worked in a radio plant in Salt Lake City, and later at a bank in Las Vegas, NV. She was a homemaker much of her life. She was very active in many groups. She was also very artistic. She played violin in High school and college. She decorated cakes as well as painting ceramics and other assorted craft activities. She painted with acrylics through her 97th year. She leaves behind a wonderful collection of paintings.
She will be buried after cremation in a vault with her husband-forever together. There will be a celebration of life for her at a later date.
