My husband, Matthew Forstadt, practiced with Matt when we first moved to Las Vegas at Kolesar, & Latham.  My husband often reflected on  how bright and articulate Matt was.  He felt he was the complete package… not only bright, but kind and caring.
My husband died three years ago and one of my sons  reached out to Matt for some guidance on a legal matter. Without hesitation., he recommended another attorney and continued to follow up the progress of the situation.. years later my other son and his wife and fellow employees needed help in a legal matter.. again Matt was willing to give up his time and legal expertise.
Stacy, we met many years ago at  Christmas parties at Kolesar..  both you and your husband were also always kind and welcoming.
My heart goes out to you and your family and May all of your memories be a blessing.

My deepest condolences to your entire family.

May his memory be a blessing. We were friends for over 20 years.  I’m shocked and hugely saddened. 
May his friends and family find comfort in this challenging time. 
  Lost a great friend who always made me smile and had an incredible way of always making me
Laugh.

Following 5/4 memorial service I sat in may car wondering what to do next.  I remembered my son wanted me at an event of his and raced to his side.  As I travelled, on the radio was Steve Miller Band's "Fly like an Eagle"  Thanks Matt, you always gave such great advice.

My deepest and heartfelt condolences to your entire family! Matt as you know was a giving and kind hearted guy! He will be missed and I for one will not forget his warm personality and caring heart! He will live on with his family, children and friends! I will Never forget how he cared about others in need, even though his was fighting for his life with a super positive attitude!
He was Great and Still Is, in my heart!❤️

Condolences to the family and friends of Matt.  He was truly a one-of-a-kind person and will be missed.  I still can hear him walking down the hallway with his clicking knee. Rest in piece.
