Maude was the consummate military wife and mother traveling the world with her husband Alfred. Maude served back to back terms as the first black president of the NCO Wives Club during their time in Bitburg, Germany. Upon returning to her childhood home of Shreveport, Louisiana. She entered Northwestern University where she received her degree in nursing. Maude served as a Veterans Administration Critical Care Nurse in Shreveport, Louisiana, Huntington Beach, California before retiring from Nellis Air Force Hospital. Maude is survived by her children Terresa, Valerie, Wayne, Jonathan and a host of grand and great grandchildren. As well as cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will be missed by all..
