Meron M. Cherinet was born on December 16, 1985 at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital in Los Angeles, California to Azeb Cherinet and Mulugeta Zaid. For the first eight years of her life, her and her parents lived in Los Angeles where she attended Overland Elementary School. The family then moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1994 and there Meron completed her elementary, middle and high school education. After the family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2003, Meron attended Kaplan College and was trained as a medical assistant. On January 15, 2007 Meron gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Destiny Wright, at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. Meron was a very loving mother, daughter, sister, friend and niece. Her pleasant smile always lit up the room. She was very respectful, loved people and everyone loved her. She was always caring to friends in need and children her daughter’s age.
