He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Scarpelli, Sr.

Michael is survived by his loving wife and soul mate of 40 years, Denise; daughter Lisa (Larry) Panaro, Jr. of Henderson; son Anthony Scarpelli of Henderson; grandchildren Giavanna, Gabriella and Antonio; mother Irene Scarpelli of Huntley, Illinois; sisters Gail (August) Mianulli of Huntley, Illinois; Kathy Dumais of Henderson; Michelle Gronewold of Elmhurst, Illinois; nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Private services will be held for the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in Michael's name to Nathan Adelson Hospice

Michael Scarpelli, Jr., 62, of Henderson, passed away May 7, 2014. He was a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Michael was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.
