Myrna was born on June 23, 1941, in North Tonawanda, New York, to Norman Henry Lemke and A. Evelyn Lemke. Myrna made her home in Austin, Texas, and had previously lived in Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, New York, as well as Las Vegas, Nevada.
Myrna was married to Ralph Mueller from 1961 to 1986, and together they raised four children: Leslie VanLeeuwen (Joe), Karl Mueller (Nancy Washton), Karen Mueller, and Leonard Mueller (Shelley). She was later married to Marshall Harnick, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children; her grandchildren, Sara Mueller, Colin Mueller, Katie VanLeeuwen, Henry VanLeeuwen, Evan Mueller, Andrew Mueller, and Alex Mueller; and her great-grandson, Tyler Greulich. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Gail Platt and Dona Ostwald.
Myrna retired from Sears in Niagara Falls, New York. She loved Elvis, coffee, Nascar, teaching Sunday school, bingo, her family, God, and the Buffalo Bills. She will be remembered for the place she held in the lives of those who knew and loved her and for the many memories she leaves behind.
Her family will carry her memory forward with love and gratitude, and she will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV followed by a committal service at Palm Eastern Cemetery. King David Memorial assisted with the arrangements.
