Nancy Carol Truman-Hitchcock, 68, born Sept. 20, 1941, in St. James, Minn., passed away in her home the evening of June 22, 2010. She was a longtime resident of Las Vegas, and worked as a 21 dealer and casino executive until she retired. Nancy is survived by her husband, Dan; his children, Erin, Mary and Greg; her son, Kip; several grandchildren; as well as a large extended family still residing in the southern Minnesota area where she was raised. Nancy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A true friend to the many who cherished her unconditional friendship. As was Nancy's wish, there will be a memorial service held Wednesday, Sept. 22, at sea on the Monterey coastline that she so dearly loved. Her many surviving friends will always remember her as having such a child-like joy to embrace and experience life to the fullest.
