Olga U. DeMatias

Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Palm Eastern Mortuary with Caplin Terry officiating.

Olga was born in Santa Clara, Cuba to Jose Urquiaga and Enriqueta Lopez on September 24, 1927. She went to school in Cuba. She went on to married Nino DeMatias in 1976 in Cuba. She moved to the United States in 1980. She worked as a Maid for Circus Circus for 5 years and as a Homemaker for the remainder of her life. She enjoyed spending her time in the Casinos playing bingo and traveling with family.

Olga is preceded in death by her parents Jose Urquiaga and Enriqueta Urquiaga; sister Caridad Muniz; brothers Orlando Urquiaga, Santiago Urquiaga and Rafael Urquiaga. Olga is survived by her two children: Enrique Urquiaga and Angela Urquiaga of Las Vegas. She leaves behind her grandchildren: Jimmy, Venus, Mayensi, Delilah, Michael and Jovan ; 19 great-grandchildren and 5 greatgreat-grandchildren, She is also survived by her brother Jose Urquiaga.
