I was a n Engineer for the Bell System for 25 years. I was in many different Engineering Groups. Patty was the best Engineering Secretary that I had ever known. She knew Engineers and how to support each one of us.  She would come to me with concerns about other Engineers that she couldn't find and we go looking for them.  Patty was very aware of where the Engineers should be. She worked hard typing our reports. This took a skill that was very special and a one-of-a-kind. I retired and she would occasionally call me and update me on how she was doing. I really miss her.

A wonderful and hard working secretary for the Bell System. The Engineering Group she supported was very happy for her efforts. She is remembered for her cheerful and happy face.  She had plants decorating the whole area.

Patty was a wonderful secretary that cared and supported the Engineering Group at US West.  She did her very best to cater to the whims of the Engineers to insure their productivity. Her big smile and happy attitude really brightened all of our days on the job. She will always be missed.

Patty and I went to high school together. I have many many great memories. She was very influential in my career at C+P Telephone Co. We lost touch almost four years ago.  I will miss her happy go lucky attitude.  I send my condolences to Patty’s brother and sister. 

“Patty was my dear friend. I called her 'TF' for Tooty-Fruity. She called me 'BH' for Butt-Head. She was our secretary at US West, and what a great secretary she was. She called me on June 10, 2020 to let me know she would be going in for surgery on her shoulder soon. When I never heard back from her, I became very worried. I just found this Obit. I will miss TF very much. Ernest Duckworth Jr, Sedalia, Colorado. ”
