

PHILLIP L. GULOTTA, Las Vegas, NV/Formerly of Calumet City IL.- Phillip L. Gulotta, age 77, of Las Vegas NV, passed away peacefully November 28, 2017, with his loving family by his side. Phil was born November 11, 1940 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Salvatore and late Laura Gulotta. Also preceding him in death are his grandsons, Phillip Kessinger and Nathan Kessinger. Phil leaves his loving children: Christopher, Michele, Patrick (Mary Jo) and Julie (Vern Kessinger). His three adoring grandchildren, James, Nick and Kaylee and step grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Brandon and Travis. His loved brothers, Salvatore (Phyllis), Anthony (Marie) and Mark (Sandra). Numerous nieces & nephews and his lovable cat; Diva. Phil is a T.F. North graduate and earned an AA at Thornton Community College. Phil's professional life was in trucking management; Mack Truck, Waste Management and Caterpillar. Phil was involved with several Indy Car teams, and sprint racing teams. Enjoyed aviation, sailing on Lake Michigan, hot air ballooning, wood working, which included carving award winning duck decoys. Phil volunteer his time at the Air Museum in Bloomington IL. He was a great man with a kind heart and an incredible sense of humor. Memorial Service will be held at St. Victor's Church (553 Hirsch Ave, Calumet City, IL 60409) on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., with funeral services after mass at OakLand Memory Lane Cemetery (15200 Lincoln; Dolton, IL 60419), with Fr.
