He was born September 27, 1992 in Quezon City, Philippines to Raul and Rosanna Octaviano. He was the older brother of Rionna Angelique Octaviano.
Ralph received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Reno, Nevada in 2015. He graduated with Honors and as Magna Cum Laude. He was currently working as a scribe with PhysAssist Scribes since August of 2016. He worked in all three of the St. Rose hospitals in the Las Vegas area, including Siena, San Martin, and Rose de Lima.
Ralph was aiming to continue his studies and pursue a position in the medical profession. He loved corgis, takeout food, good internet, and sleeping. He was quite the character due to his sense of humor and witty personality.
He is survived by his mom, dad, and sister, who all still currently reside in Henderson, Nevada.
The funeral service was held at 12:00 pm, April 9, 2018 at Palm Eastern Mortuary.
