With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Raul De Jesus Martinez, who left us on March 20, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on July 14, 1954, in El Salvador, Raul made his way to the United States in 1976, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future. He eventually settled in Las Vegas, NV, where he nurtured a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family.

Raul was married to his beloved wife, Rina, for 48 wonderful years. Together, they built a beautiful family, which includes their three cherished sons, Saul, Roger and Alan. He also leaves behind his mother, Maria Julia, and his siblings: Anaruth, Sara, Carolina, Daysi, Alba, and David. He was a devoted family man who prioritized the happiness and well-being of his loved ones above all else.

In 1990, Raul moved to Las Vegas, bringing with him a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit. He began his career in the janitorial services industry, and in 2006, he took a leap of faith and started his own janitorial company, which he successfully ran until 2020. His dedication and hard work were an inspiration to those around him.

Raul had a passion for life that was evident in everything he did. He was an avid soccer fan, with a special fondness for his favorite team, Barcelona. He loved to travel, always seeking new adventures and experiences. The beach was his sanctuary; he felt most at peace by the water, and he made it a point to take at least one vacation each year to soak in the sun and waves.

Those who knew Raul will remember him for his infectious laughter that could light up any room. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, embodying the true spirit of kindness and compassion. A hard worker at heart, Raul dedicated himself to his family and friends, leaving behind a legacy of love and generosity that will forever be cherished.

The Martinez family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all family and friends who have reached out and supported them during this difficult time. Raul's spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and he will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A visitation for Raul will be held Friday, April 4, 2025 from 3-5 PM, with services beginning at 5 PM, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89113.
