Renaldo "Ron" Milan Tiberti, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend and pillar of the Las Vegas community, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, September 1st, 2024, at the age of 73. He was born on August 19th, 1951, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was a lifelong Nevada resident.
In his formative years, Renaldo attended St. Anne’s Catholic School and later Bishop Gorman High School. Renaldo began his career with Fair & Davis real estate then co-founded the real estate company Tiberti-Blood, Inc. The next chapter of his career was when he partnered with his oldest son Joseph Kennedy. Together, they built J.A. Kennedy Real Estate, a successful and respected real estate and development company. Renaldo was also the co-founder of a chain of taverns and gaming company, Putter’s Bar & Grill. Renaldo's career culminated in his role as President of the Tiberti family businesses, including J.A. Tiberti Construction and Tiberti Fence, where he applied his business acumen, natural gifts, and years of experience until his retirement in 2018.
Renaldo’s father, J.A. Tiberti, was a highly respected member of the Las Vegas community and one of its founding figures. Renaldo continued his father’s legacy of success in business and played an integral role in the development of Las Vegas. He was deeply committed to the values of hard work, conservation, and a profound love for nature and the outdoors. Despite his success, Renaldo remained a genuine, salt-of-the-earth individual—grounded, approachable, and deeply loyal to his roots and community. His personable nature and belief in the “warm hand” approach were the cornerstones of his thriving business and relationships. Renaldo valued in-person connections to navigate and support his community, always ready with a pen in hand to sketch ideas on the back of a napkin and ensure you left with notes in hand.
Renaldo shared a long and devoted relationship with his wife, Debra Del Monaco Tiberti, spanning 41 years. Their relationship was one of mutual respect and shared values, with both being fiercely independent, yet deeply committed to each other.
Renaldo, an avid outdoorsman, cherished his annual fishing and hunting trips, including the One Shot Hunt in Lander, Wyoming, with close friends from near and far. A passionate conservationist, he was actively involved with Ducks Unlimited—co-leading the Las Vegas chapter to win a national award—and Water for Wildlife Foundation, both dedicated to preserving natural habitats. He also supported the Boy Scouts of Southern Nevada, helping to inspire the next generation of outdoorsmen.
Renaldo was a rock for those around him, someone you could count on in any storm. His mischievous smile, humor, and storytelling were matched by a deep passion for his work. With an untamed spirit and unwavering dedication, Renaldo approached life with an intensity and curiosity that inspired and left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
Renaldo was preceded in death by his parents, Jelindo Angelo “J.A.” and Marietta Tiberti. He is survived by his wife Debra Del Monaco Tiberti and sons Joseph Kennedy (Melinda) and Ryan Tiberti (Danielle), six grandchildren: Joseph Kennedy Jr., Cole Milan Kennedy, Piper Caroline Kennedy, Palmer Tito Kennedy, Evelyn Rayne Del Monaco, and Naomi Milan Del Monaco; as well as his siblings: Tito Tiberti, Laura Tiberti, Andra Tiberti Maffey, Mario Tiberti, and Jelindo Tiberti II; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
