Richard Gonzales Ozuna

Richard was born April 3, 1936 in Sloan Nevada son of Marcella Rodrigues Ozuna and Eleavarda Gonzales Ozuna. He was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters and a son Richard Ozuna.

Richard was a graduate of Garfield High School Los Angeles California in 1954. He worked as a Combination Welder II for the Department of Transportation for 33 years and retired December 2009.

Richard was a life time member of the ELKS. He enjoyed participating in Rodeos and participated as the Helldorado Rodeo Chairperson as Award Winner 1990. Richard also enjoyed golfing with family and friends. Everyone will remember when Richard entered a room he always brought a smile and laughter and enjoyed his family and friends.

Richard met Lois Arlene (Acri) Pasquine and married April 2, 1993 at Little White Chapel in Las Vegas Nevada where they shared a home together until death separated them.

He leaves behind to live his memories his beloved wife Lois. Sons Tim Ozuna (Lawauna), Frank Ozuna. Grandchildren Jennifer Date, Joel Ozuna, Danielle Ozuna, Richie Ozuna, Aaron Ozuna. Great grandchildren Dylan, Rober and Kara Date who admired and knew him as Olepa.

Children from previous marriage (Pasquine) are Anthony Pasquine (Roula), James Pasquine (Lauren), Debbie Chopp (Mark) and many step grandchildren.
