Riley Neil Bartlett of Henderson NV passed away on Sunday December 24th. To say he was one of a kind would truly be an understatement. Though he lived the last 15 years in Henderson, he was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He spent his childhood and early adulthood in the Bay Area of California. Be it fate or chance he headed east to Twin Falls Idaho where he met the love of his life, Maria Marcela Flores. While the two worked at Cactus Pete’s Casino in Jackpot Nevada, this is where he would spend the majority of his life. Riley always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. He loved his family more than anything. He had a story for any occasion, and would give the shirt of his back to anyone in need. He loved his music and would reminisce about his beloved Austin Healey especially when listening to his favorite song “Crystal Blue Persuasion”. The apple of his eye was his only grandson, Josiah Pacchiana. He loved being Grandpa Riley. We have lost a father, husband, brother, grandfather, but we have gained a guardian angel. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Wayne and Elizabeth Bartlett. His brother Dean Bartlett. He is survived by his wife Maria Marcela Bartlett, his son Daniel Bartlett, his daughter Ruby Marisol Bartlett and his grandson Josiah Pacchiana.
