

Robert “Robbie” Matthew Jacobs passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 in Las Vegas, NV. He had just celebrated his 31st birthday and his 3rd wedding anniversary to his wife Alyssa. Robbie and Alyssa originally met 8 years ago through mutual friends. They were married on September 7, 2013. Robbie was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL on November 13, 1985, lived in Williams, AZ and then at 3 years old, moved to Las Vegas, NV. He graduated with his GED from Green Valley HS in 2004. Robbie then worked in the construction industry with his father and brother, specialized in iron working. Robbie had the innate ability to connect with anyone he met and had had so many adventurous qualities about him. He enjoyed the outdoors including: snowboarding, boating, paddle boarding, cliff diving, traveling, baseball games and the beach. Robbie and Alyssa annually attended Coachella where they camped out in style with their tie-dyed canopy, and would attend their favorite shows. Some of his happiest memories included picking up his nephews from school and spending time with them. Robbie was preceded in death by his loving father, Jake Jacobs; attentive grandfather, Robert Wallace; Uncle, Pierre Allen La Blanc. Robbie is survived by his adoring wife, Alyssa Robbins Jacobs and their two dogs Daisy and Blue; mother, Debbie Jacobs, brother, Chris Jacobs and wife, Christie, nephews, Tristan and Owen; brother, Jeff Jacobs, nephew, Dylan and niece, Skyler; half brother, Michael Gandy and wife, Melissa, niece, Alena Rose, and nephews, Gage and Gunnar. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, December 8 from 10-11AM at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89123. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Las Vegas Rescue Mission or Hepatitis C Association.
