Robert Dixon Thompson, 68 of Cedar City, Utah passed away February 15, 2015, in St. George, Utah. He was born September 3, 1946, to the late Elaine and Henry Thompson and married to the late Christie Lynn Bateman Thompson for 46 years. He is survived by his; sons, Robert Hershel (Brad Coffey) Thompson and David Henry (Sheilia Ralph) Thompson; sister, Christina L. Unruh; grandchildren, Katie (Alan) Horvatich, Samantha (Colin) Utykanski, Timothy Ralph and Robbie Thompson; and great-children, Aubrey Horvatich, Victor and Nathan Utykanski. Visitation will be at 12 noon. Tuesday, February 24, with funeral services to follow at 2 p.m., both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123. Burial to follow at Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
