Roman Abel Macias was born on December 13, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. When Roman entered this world he was born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome which meant Roman was born with half a heart. Even with his heart condition he managed to always smile and had an impact in people's lives. He inspired so many in so many ways. His journey was short, but his memory so grand and will forever be in our hearts.
