Orquiza, Rommel “Dong” Punzalan, age 50, of Las Vegas, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025. He was born on September 12, 1974 in Manila, Philippines and had been a Las Vegas area resident for the past eight years. Dong enjoyed playing billiards, basketball, poker and was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
He was preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Ramos Orquiza and is survived by his daughter: Raven Amber Orquiza, mother Milagros Punzalan Kempski and brothers: Ramil (Teena) Orquiza and Retzel Orquiza.
A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Monday, April 7, 2025 at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada with a celebration of life to follow.
