Rosalinda De La Cruz

Rosalinda De La Cruz, 74, of Henderson, NV, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of her daughter, Veronica De La Cruz, May 19, 2016. She was born in the Philippines on May 18, 1942 and eventually moved to the United States where she started her nursing career after graduating from the University of Santo Thomas’s nursing program in the Philippines. She worked as a registered nurse for 40 years in the ICU. Health care was her passion, one to which she dedicated her entire life. She was an amazing nurse, friend and mother, and dearly loved both of her children very much. Preceded in death by her son Eric De La Cruz; survived by her daughter Veronica De La Cruz and her grandson Hartley Eric De La Cruz. Visitation to be held Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5 to 9 pm at Palm Eastern Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held 11 o’clock in the morning, Friday, June 4, 2016 at St. Thomas More, 130 N Pecos Rd., Henderson, NV 89074.
