Ruth Marilyn Poster, 83, a retired customer service representative for a medical equipment manufacturer, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. She was born on March 17, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY to Aaron and Clara Seltzer (nee Schwartzberg) and was a Las Vegas resident since 1998. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by Arnold, her beloved husband of 64-years, three sons, Jay (Pamela) of Las Vegas, Gordon (Laura) of Palm Desert, CA, and Michael of Las Vegas; brother, Stanley (Jane) of Tustin, CA; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Erin, Megan, Janna, and Adam; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be at 10:00am on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane. Burial will follow at King David Memorial Cemetery. Family requests that memorial donations be sent to Congregation Ner Tamid or Jewish Family Service Agency of Las Vegas. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
